이 약관은 Beside 60(이하 서비스)의 이용에 관한 권리와 의무를 규정합니다. 가입과 동시에 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

• 이용자: 본 서비스에 가입한 사람
• 친구: 이용자가 추가한 상호 동의 상대
• 초대: 친구에게 보내는 60초 동시 접속 요청
• 세션: 초대 수락 후 진행되는 60초간의 영상/오디오 연결
• Pro: Pro 평생 라이선스를 결제했거나 추천·프로모션 체험 중인 사용자

제3조 (서비스 내용)

회사는 다음 서비스를 제공합니다:

1. 친구와의 60초 동시 접속 (Beside 세션)
2. 누적 함께한 기록 (카운터) 제공
3. 기타 회사가 정한 부가 서비스

제4조 (회원가입)

• 만 14세 이상만 가입 가능 (가입 시 출생연도 입력 필수)
• 이메일 매직링크 인증 방식. 일회용 이메일 도메인은 차단됩니다.
• 타인의 이메일·정보를 사용한 경우 강제 탈퇴될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

1. 후면 카메라로 부적절한 콘텐츠 송출 (음란, 폭력 등)
2. 타인을 모욕, 협박, 괴롭히는 행위
3. 자동화된 봇 사용
4. 서비스의 보안 우회 시도
5. 미성년자 대상 부적절한 접근

위반 시 경고, 일시 정지, 영구 차단, 형사 고발 등의 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.

제6조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요한 경우 사전 공지 후 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (요금)

Pro 라이선스는 1회 결제 후 평생 사용되며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 결제는 Apple In-App Purchase 또는 Google Play Billing을 통해 처리됩니다.

제8조 (환불 정책)

• 결제일로부터 7일 이내 + 미사용 상태이면 100% 환불 가능 (Apple/Google 약관 따름)
• 환불 신청은 Apple/Google 스토어 결제 내역에서 직접 진행
• 환불 거부 사유: 무료 기능 사용 불만, 본인 부주의로 인한 사용 불능, 다른 사용자와의 분쟁

제9조 (영상·음성 데이터)

서비스는 다음을 약속합니다:

• 세션 중 영상·음성은 실시간 P2P/SFU 전송만 하며 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
• 녹화·녹음 기능을 제공하지 않으며 향후에도 추가하지 않습니다.
• 전면 카메라는 사용하지 않으며 카메라 전환 UI를 제공하지 않습니다.

제10조 (책임 제한)

• 회사는 이용자 간 분쟁에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
• 천재지변, 제3자 서비스 장애로 인한 손해는 면책됩니다.
• 회사의 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 손해배상 책임은 직접 발생한 통상 손해로 한정됩니다.

제11조 (약관 변경)

본 약관은 관련 법령에 따라 사전 공지 후 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하는 경우 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제12조 (분쟁 해결)

본 약관 및 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

These Terms govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of Beside 60 (the Service). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service provided by the Company, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User: a person who has signed up for the Service
• Friend: a mutually agreed contact added by a user
• Invitation: a request for a 60-second simultaneous connection sent to a friend
• Session: the 60-second video/audio connection that takes place after an invitation is accepted
• Pro: a user who has purchased the Pro lifetime license, or is trying it through a referral or promotion

Article 3 (Description of the Service)

The Company provides the following:

1. A 60-second simultaneous connection with a friend (a Beside session)
2. A cumulative record of times spent together (the counter)
3. Other additional services determined by the Company

Article 4 (Sign-up)

• Only those aged 14 or older may sign up (birth year is required at sign-up).
• Authentication is by email magic link. Disposable email domains are blocked.
• Using another person's email or information may result in forced withdrawal.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

1. Transmit inappropriate content via the back camera (obscenity, violence, etc.)
2. Insult, threaten, or harass others
3. Use automated bots
4. Attempt to bypass the Service's security
5. Make inappropriate approaches toward minors

Violations may lead to a warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or criminal referral.

Article 6 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change or suspend the Service after prior notice where operationally or technically necessary.

Article 7 (Fees)

The Pro license is a one-time purchase used for life and does not auto-renew. Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.

Article 8 (Refund Policy)

• A 100% refund is available within 7 days of purchase if the license is unused (subject to Apple/Google terms).
• Refund requests are made directly through your Apple/Google store purchase history.
• Refunds may be refused for: dissatisfaction with free features, inability to use due to your own negligence, or disputes with other users.

Article 9 (Video and Audio Data)

The Service promises that:

• During a session, video and audio are transmitted only in real time via P2P/SFU and are not stored on any server.
• No recording feature is provided, and none will be added in the future.
• The front camera is never used, and no camera-switching UI is provided.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company is not responsible for disputes between users.
• The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure or third-party service failures.
• Unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to ordinary damages directly incurred.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

These Terms may be changed after prior notice in accordance with applicable law. Continued use after a change is deemed acceptance.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

For disputes arising in connection with these Terms or use of the Service, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance.

第4条（会員登録）

• 満14歳以上のみ登録可能（登録時に生年の入力が必須）。
• メールのマジックリンク認証方式。使い捨てメールドメインはブロックされます。
• 他人のメール・情報を使用した場合、強制退会となることがあります。

第5条（利用者の義務）

利用者は次の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 背面カメラで不適切なコンテンツを送信すること（わいせつ、暴力など）
2. 他人を侮辱・脅迫・嫌がらせする行為
3. 自動化されたボットの使用
4. サービスのセキュリティを回避しようとする行為
5. 未成年者への不適切な接近

違反した場合、警告、一時停止、永久ブロック、刑事告発などの措置がとられることがあります。

第6条（サービスの変更および中断）

当社は、運営上・技術上必要な場合、事前告知のうえサービス内容を変更または中断することがあります。

第7条（料金）

Proライセンスは1回の決済で生涯利用でき、自動更新はされません。決済はApple In-App PurchaseまたはGoogle Play Billingを通じて処理されます。

第8条（返金ポリシー）

• 決済日から7日以内かつ未使用であれば、全額返金が可能です（Apple/Googleの規約に従います）。
• 返金の申請はApple/Googleストアの購入履歴から直接行ってください。
• 返金できない場合：無料機能への不満、ご自身の不注意による利用不能、他の利用者との紛争。

第9条（映像・音声データ）

本サービスは次を約束します。

• セッション中の映像・音声はリアルタイムのP2P/SFU伝送のみで、サーバーには保存しません。
• 録画・録音機能は提供しておらず、今後も追加しません。
• 前面カメラは使用せず、カメラ切替UIも提供しません。

第10条（責任の制限）

• 当社は利用者間の紛争について責任を負いません。
• 天災地変、第三者サービスの障害による損害は免責されます。
• 当社の故意または重過失がない限り、損害賠償責任は直接生じた通常損害に限定されます。

第11条（規約の変更）

本規約は、関連法令に従い事前告知のうえ変更されることがあります。変更後も継続して利用する場合、同意したものとみなします。

第12条（紛争の解決）

本規約および本サービスの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合、ソウル中央地方法院を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。
